Do I need an account or Internet?
No. The game works offline, without an account. The website, external links and apps you choose in the share sheet may need a connection.
Where is my progress?
Your progress is saved on your device. Android may restore it from a system backup or transfer it to another device, depending on your settings. There is no developer-operated cloud save or account recovery service.
If Android closes the game during a round, look for Resume on the title screen. Avoid clearing app storage or uninstalling if you want to keep local progress.
How do I start over or delete my data?
In the game, open Settings > Clear all history and confirm the choice. This removes your story progress, scores, journal, gifts, chosen name and Pip's history. Your settings stay.
To remove all local data and cached postcards, use Android Settings > Apps > Ethereal > Storage > Clear storage. Manage existing backups in Android's backup settings. Copies already shared with another app must be managed there. There is no game account to delete.
Can the music play with the screen off?
Yes, in Bedtime. Open Wander and choose a 15-, 30- or 45-minute Bedtime session. The music slows and fades out. You can stop it early from the media notification or the game's menu. Ordinary gameplay music stops in the background.
Can I turn down the motion or sound?
Settings has Gentle Motion, separate music and sound volumes, vibration, and a switch for Pip's chatter. Volume controls are also available when you pause a round.
